Cyberwall Organization worked with Africa Tech Space in Nakuru across technology training and IT infrastructure, delivering robotics training for kindergarten learners, cybersecurity training for senior-school learners at RVIBS, server management and maintenance and computer and network installation for its BPO environment.
Africa Tech Space is a technology and innovation hub based in Nakuru, Kenya,
focused on technology, education, innovation and developing digital skills.
Located alongside the Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies, Africa Tech
Space operates within an environment where technology education, practical
skills and innovation come together.
Its programs include technology-focused
learning and outreach to different groups of learners. Cyberwall Organization
contributed to this environment through a combination of technology training and
IT infrastructure services.
Cyberwall Organization engagement with Africa Tech Space covered multiple areas of
technology delivery. The work included robotics training for kindergarten learners,
cybersecurity training for senior-school learners based at RVIBS, ongoing server
maintenance and management, and the installation of computers and network
infrastructure for the organization's BPO room.
Rather than addressing only
one technical requirement, Cyberwall supported different layers of Africa Tech
Space's technology environment, from introducing young learners to robotics and
cybersecurity concepts to maintaining infrastructure and preparing a larger
computer-based working environment.
Africa Tech Space operates across education, technology and innovation, creating
the need for both practical technology training and reliable IT infrastructure.
Different groups of learners require different approaches to technology education.
Younger learners need engaging, practical introductions to robotics and technology,
while older learners can explore more advanced areas such as cybersecurity.
At the infrastructure level, technology-focused environments also depend on
properly maintained servers, computers and network connectivity. The BPO room
required the installation and organization of a larger computer and network
environment capable of supporting more than 35 computers. Cyberwall's engagement
addressed these needs through training, infrastructure management and technical
installation services.
Cyberwall Organization approached the Africa Tech Space engagement as a combination of technology education and infrastructure support. For learners, the focus was on delivering practical technology training appropriate to their level, including robotics for younger learners and cybersecurity for senior-school learners. For the organization's technical environment, Cyberwall provided server maintenance and management while also supporting the setup of computers and network infrastructure for the BPO room. This approach allowed Cyberwall to contribute across both the human and technical sides of technology: developing digital skills while helping maintain the infrastructure through which those skills can be applied.
Cyberwall Organization delivered robotics training for kindergarten learners at Africa Tech Space. The training introduced young learners to technology through practical and age-appropriate robotics activities, creating an opportunity for them to interact with technology beyond traditional classroom concepts. Robotics provides a practical way for young learners to begin exploring concepts such as problem-solving, logical thinking, creativity and interaction with technology.
Cyberwall cybersecurity training introduced learners to cybersecurity concepts and the importance of understanding digital security in an increasingly connected world. The objective was to build cybersecurity awareness and help learners develop a stronger understanding of responsible technology use, digital risks and the role of cybersecurity in protecting information and systems. This training complemented Africa Tech Space's wider technology-education environment and its focus on preparing learners for a technology-driven future.
Beyond training, Cyberwall Organization provided server maintenance and management for Africa Tech Space. Reliable server infrastructure is an important part of a technology-focused organization because servers can support applications, data, connectivity and other digital operations. Cyberwall's role involved maintaining and managing the server environment to support the organization's ongoing technology requirements. This component of the engagement demonstrates Cyberwall's ability to provide continuing IT infrastructure support alongside technology training.
Cyberwall Organization supported Africa Tech Space with computer installation for its BPO room, which accommodates more than 35 computers. The project involved preparing and installing the computer equipment required for the working environment, ensuring that the room had the necessary hardware infrastructure to support its intended BPO activities. This work formed part of a broader IT infrastructure setup rather than simply placing computers in the room. The environment required coordinated computer and network installation to establish a functional technology workspace.
The BPO environment required both computer hardware and network infrastructure. Cyberwall Organization carried out the computer and network installation required to establish the workspace, connecting the technology infrastructure needed to support a room containing more than 35 computers. The work demonstrates Cyberwall's ability to move beyond individual computer setup and handle larger-scale IT infrastructure requirements involving multiple devices and network connectivity.
Technology education is most effective when learners have access to the infrastructure required to practice what they learn. Training develops knowledge and skills, while reliable computers, networks and servers provide the environment in which those skills can be applied. The Africa Tech Space engagement brought both sides together. Cyberwall contributed to technology education through robotics and cybersecurity training while also supporting the technical environment through server management, computer installation and network infrastructure. This combination reflects Cyberwall's broader approach to technology: helping organizations develop both the people and the infrastructure required to operate in a digital environment.
